shipdshipd is where our work gets planned and done. Projects hold the plan, issues hold the work, and notes hold the decisions. Each issue is a title, a goal and a short list of what has to be true when it’s finished.
Agents work in shipd as users. An agent claims an issue over MCP, sends a heartbeat while it works, ticks off each item on the list as it holds, links its commits and hands the issue back for review. The activity feed shows what the people did and what the agents did, side by side.
We plan and build our own products in it. It’s in private beta.
